All Pricing is subject to change at any time and will be reflected on the pricing page of the website. Pricing is reviewed periodically and there may be a service you received in the past, that has since increased in price. Please be sure to check the website for current pricing.

All orders are to be paid in full prior to start of any project unless otherwise agreed upon between Be Xtraordeenary  and client. NO graphic will be started until invoice is confirmed and payment is received.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, CashApp. The agreement and invoice will be sent via email. 

 

Three (3) edits are  including original proof, any edit exceeding will require $15  payment per edit within process of completion.

Turnaround time is based on receiving full payment as well as information/files needed for the projects.

Average turnaround time is 7-10 business days for most projects. If turnaround time is different it will be communicated to the client prior to the start of the project. Website development is approximately 4 weeks.

NEED A RUSH ORDERS? Please inquire prior to making purchase. Rush orders do incur additional fee and is based upon availability of Be Xtraordeenary. No exceptions. 

 

Any edit request following final product completion are subjected to an additional fee, per edit and dependent upon request.

 

Any edit request beyond 14 days are subject to a full charge of a graphic design, no exceptions.

 

All drafts sent are for client review and approval purposes only. All drafts remain owned by Be Xtraordeenary LLC and final files will be sent to client once approval is received. Final graphic will be sent via email or text depending on size and customer preference, after final confirmation & invoice is fulfilled, if applicable. All logos include PNG file with a white background and with a transparent background. Additional formats will incur a fee. 

 

Quality is guaranteed for digital material, but based upon quality of provided materials (ie. blurry pictures etc.). Please e-mail all photos and /or design files to bextraordeenary@gmail.com needed for the project. Please ensure high quality photos are being sent. Pixelated, dull or screenshot photos may impact the quality of the design work. All text needed for the design must be sent along with any specific details in the email. Please proof-read text and information prior to sending.

NO REFUNDS. Once payment and information is received the project and/or design work will be started. Please allow time to review files sent by client to Be Xtraordeenary from completed project after designs are received in the event revisions or corrections are needed.
